1.Please check if your network condition is good;The device is too far away from the router, or there is barrier between router and device. please adjust the position of the router and the device. in order to use the camera normally,please ensure that the broadband is more than 6M.
2. Please check the status of the device indicator, blue color indicates normal connection/full charge; red blinking indicates not connected/charging;
3.The mobile phone network is poor,please make sure that the network condition of the mobile phone is good.
4.Network signal delay,please be patient and try a few more times.
5.Try to restart the router, It is recommended to turn off for ten minutes before restarting the router to connect the camera
6.please remove the device from CloudEdge and add it again.
